Tuition & Payment

At Smiling Stars Private School, we believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to our fees. The following information outlines the payment details for all students.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We have streamlined the payment process for your convenience. Whether you prefer online transactions, in-person payments, or direct bank transfers, we’ve got you covered.

Online Payment:

  • Securely pay school fees online by clicking on PAY NOW
  • Use your child’s student ID as a payment reference for efficient account allocation and updates.

In-Person Payment:

  • Pay in person at our Accounts Office using POS or bank draft.

  • Our Accounts Office operates during the following hours:

    • School Days (Monday – Friday): 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
    • During School Holidays (Monday – Friday): 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Public Holidays: Closed

Direct Bank Transfer:

  • If you prefer direct bank transfer, please use the following bank account details, and again, use your child’s Student ID as a payment reference for prompt allocation and updates:

For new students, the fees include the cost of the prospectus, a registration fee (a once-only payment), tuition, textbooks, school uniforms, Co-curricular Activities and PTA levy

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Fees may be paid annually or termly.
  • All fees are due on or before the first day of school.
  • Only certified bank drafts made payable to Smiling Stars Private School will be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • The school reserves the right to change the fees prior to the opening of any school year. However, every effort will be made to give ample advance notice of such changes.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

  • Withdrawal from school and/or the pastoral centre requires a term’s notice in writing to the Head of School.
  • Failure to follow the withdrawal procedure will result in the forfeiture of one full term’s fee, and the boarding deposit will not be refunded.
