Admission Procedure

Thank you for considering Smiling Stars Private School for your child’s education. Our admission procedure is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Enrollment Process:

  1. Start your child’s enrollment by clicking the button below to access our online admission portal. 
  1. Upload the following documents to the admission portal to complete the application process:

    • 2 recent passport photographs (not more than 6 months old)
    • Candidate’s birth certificate or international passport data page
    • Most recent academic reports from the last 2 years
    • The applicant’s character testimonial from the current school
    • Immunization record and medical report (after admission is offered)
  2. Successful candidates will be notified via SMS, email, or phone call.

  3. A provisional letter of admission will be issued for collection.

  4. The acceptance letter must be signed and returned along with all required payments.

  5. Payments can be made through the online admission portal, designated banks, or via POS on school premises.

  6. The accounts department receives the bank slip or draft and issues a receipt. Please keep the receipt safe.

  7. The student meets with a senior teacher and is assigned to the appropriate class
